Atal Setu Fare News – What’s New

Now, travelling between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai via the Atal Setu bridge has become significantly cheaper. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) has slashed the fares by over 50 percent. These revised fare prices have been implemented from last week and already many commuters are taking advantage of the same. This decision was taken by the NMMT as the number of travelers lowered due to high fare rates which prompted the authority to lower the prices to attract more people.

Talking about the fare, the Kharghar – Mantralaya route has dropped from Rs 270 to Rs 120, and the Nerul – Mantralaya fare has been reduced to Rs 105 from Rs 230. With this price reduction the count of everyday commuters have surged from average 25 daily to approximately 70 daily.
