Mahindra BE6 Update – What’s New?
According to our sources, Mahindra is planning to bring in an AWD version of the BE6. However, it is still unclear whether the regular BE6 model will come with dual motors or there will be a new limited edition model. A few days ago, we saw images of Mahindra testing the Rall-E version of the BE6. Rall-E basically will be a more off-road-biased version of the BE6. It features aggressive Dakar-inspired styling with chunky all-terrain tyres, steel wheels, thick body cladding, and a roof-mounted carrier.
Mahindra has already seen that the BE6’s limited-edition models drive strong demand. So, there’s a good possibility that instead of offering AWD on the regular model, they could launch the Rall-E edition.
However, if the brand plans to offer the dual motor setup on the regular model, expect it to be paired with the bigger 79kWh battery pack, and might be introduced from the Pack Three variant. More details about it are yet to be confirmed.

What Else?
Apart from the inclusion of an AWD setup, the Mahindra BE6 will get some off-road-oriented features, and the other feature suite will be carried over from the regular model. That said, the aero-inspired cockpit with features like a dual-screen setup, Level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, wireless charging pad, and other features will remain as it is.
The launch of Mahindra BE6 AWD could take place at the Independence Day event. The pricing of this model could be somewhere around Rs 31 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
