New Bajaj Pulsar Launch Teaser
Bajaj Auto has officially teased the next-generation Classic Pulsar lineup, confirming that the new motorcycles will launch on August 24, 2026. The teaser carries the line “Gear Up For What’s Next” and shows the shadow of the upcoming motorcycle alongside an older Pulsar, clearly signalling a generational update to the long-running Classic Pulsar range.
The new Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150 have already been spotted ahead of launch, with dealer showroom images revealing most of the major changes. The August 24 event is now expected to formally introduce both motorcycles with updated styling, new features and revised underpinnings.

New Pulsar 125 – TFT, Monoshock And Fresh Styling
Among the two, new Pulsar 125 appears to be getting a particularly significant update. Spy shots have shown a revised LED headlamp, new tail lamp, redesigned tank extensions, updated exhaust and sportier graphics.
A major upgrade is the new TFT instrument cluster, expected to offer Bluetooth connectivity, calls, SMS alerts and navigation functions. Type-C charging and hazard lights have also been spotted on test bikes.

Another key mechanical change is the move from twin rear shock absorbers to a monoshock setup, which should give the motorcycle a more modern chassis layout and potentially improve handling. The bike continues with telescopic front forks and 17-inch alloy wheels. The engine is also expected to receive updates aimed at improving refinement and fuel efficiency. Exact power and torque figures, however, will only be confirmed at launch.

New Pulsar 150 Gets Oil Cooling
New-gen Pulsar 150 is also set for a major overhaul. Dealer-yard spy shots had already revealed a redesigned front end with LED lighting, new tail lamp, fresh tank shrouds and a revised exhaust. More importantly, the bike appears to move to a new chassis and subframe setup while replacing the long-running twin-shock rear suspension with a monoshock.
The biggest mechanical update appears to be the addition of oil cooling. Earlier spy images showed an oil cooler radiator along with an “Oil-Cooled” sticker, indicating a major update over the outgoing air-cooled 149.5cc engine. The same new colour LCD / TFT-style instrument cluster seen on Pulsar 125 is also expected on Pulsar 150, with navigation and gear-position information among the likely features.

Classic Pulsar Range Enters A New Phase
The teaser itself is interesting because Bajaj has chosen to show the shadow of the upcoming motorcycle against an older Pulsar, reinforcing the idea that this is more than just another cosmetic refresh.
New Gen Pulsar 150
Classic Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150 have been among Bajaj’s most familiar commuter-sport motorcycles for years, and the incoming generation appears to bring one of the biggest hardware and feature updates yet. Pricing will be announced on August 24. With TFT instrumentation, monoshock suspension, LED lighting and engine updates, both motorcycles are likely to sit slightly higher than their current versions.
