Hyundai has been among the first carmakers in India to offer truly feature-rich models. From the days of the Santro and Accent, the Korean brand has come a long way – to the extent that Hyundai and Kia cars are now considered to be the most feature-loaded cars in India. Keeping this in mind, here’s a look at a special ‘Lounge Edition’ the brand has launched for the Creta, Creta Electric, and Alcazar, which comes with Mercedes-like features!Attention Readers! Hyundai Lounge Edition With Mercedes-Like Features: What’s New?

Before we get into the prices, let’s dive into the luxury features the Lounge Edition offers. In all three SUVs, the rear passengers get a new single 11.6-inch entertainment screen mounted on the front seatback. The screen can play OTT content, pair with a smartphone, and even has built-in games, thanks to a dedicated app store. The screen is also hooked to the car’s 8-speaker Bose audio system for a top-notch audio experience. This is a feature that we normally only see on luxury cars.

The Lounge Editions also come with white ambient lighting, a dual-tone cabin theme with ivory white and black seat upholstery (seat stitching design unique to the Lounge Edition), silver-colour inserts, and ‘Lounge’ branding on the rear headrest cushions.

The exterior also gets several updates, including a unique Golden Bronze paint colour, black-painted front and rear skid plates, side sill garnish, rear spoiler, roof rails, C-pillar garnish, and ORVMs. The Lounge Editions also get 18-inch black-painted alloy wheels (17-inch on the Creta Electric). The Creta gets a matte finish on its wheels.

The Alcazar Lounge Edition also gets a voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, while the Creta Electric gets a dashcam and rear wireless phone charger.

Another unique update is that the Alcazar Lounge Edition is available exclusively as a five-seater. This is a first for the Alcazar, as it was previously only available as a six- or seven-seater. The rest of the Lounge Edition features are based on the respective SUVs’ King trim (Signature trim for the Alcazar, Excellence for the Creta Electric).
