CNG Automatic SUVs In India – Tata Punch
Tata’s micro-SUV, Punch, is the only SUV in India that gets a factory-fitted CNG with an automatic transmission. This Tata micro-SUV comes equipped with a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine paired with CNG and an AMT gearbox. This setup helps the SUV to deliver a claimed mileage of 26.99 km/kg. Apart from that, Tata’s iCNG (dual-cylinder CNG tank) design helps to liberate more space inside the boot.
The prices for the Tata Punch CNG automatic range between Rs 9.74 lakh and Rs 12.17 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Nissan Magnite
The Nissan Magnite is the second, and instead the most affordable SUV that gets CNG automatic, but as a retrofitment (dealer fitment). The Magnite comes equipped with a 1.0-litre NA petrol engine, with CNG and an AMT gearbox, delivering a claimed mileage of 24.09 km/kg.
The Nissan Magnite CNG automatic is priced between Rs 7.83 lakh and Rs 11.23 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

CNG Automatic SUVs In India – Honda Elevate
Honda also offers a dealer-fitted CNG kit with the Elevate. The same can even be paired with a CVT gearbox to enhance convenience. The Elevate CNG is paired with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine mated with a CVT gearbox. The CNG Elevate is expected to deliver a mileage of around 15-16 km/kg.
