The Toyota Innova is arguably India’s favourite MPV. It is the perfect mix of reliability, practicality and comfort, which makes it such an iconic name. But due to these factors, its resale value holds up well, and you would have difficulty finding one on a tight budget. And if you do manage to find one, it has probably been driven across the world three times. But we have stumbled upon one gem of a deal that seems too good to be true. Attention Readers! Cheapest Innova Crysta In India?
When you read the title, you probably thought that we were talking about a 2-decade-old model, but you would be wrong. We have found an Innova Crysta for this price. This particular model is listed at Rs 9.86 lakh, and with some hardcore bargaining, you could get the price down further. Not to mention, this model has been driven for 98,000 kilometres. By Toyota’s standards, this model has barely been driven. So if you are in the market for a new car, why settle for a tiny hatchback or a compact SUV when you can get an indestructible Toyota 7-seater for the same price?

Features & Specification
It gets a few modern amenities, like a touchscreen with Bluetooth compatibility, electrically adjustable ORVMs, alloy wheels, a 4-speaker audio system, powered windows and aftermarket leather seats. This is the base GX model, so it is void of amenities like automatic climate control, parking camera, cruise control, LED headlights and taillights and wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay. You are compensated for this lack of features by its unmatched practicality. Furthermore, this is the 8-seater model to enhance practicality. With all the rows up, you also get a healthy 300 litres of boot space.
It may not have as many features as modern SUVs, but it does get a much more capable motor. It is powered by a 2.4-litre diesel that churns out 148bhp & 343Nm. The low-end torque paired with the 5-speed manual gearbox can be a joy to drive as well. Importantly, this engine is as reliable as it gets. With scheduled maintenance, this engine could last you a century.

Used Toyota Innova – Should You Buy It?
If you wish for features and mileage, this is probably not the choice for you. You are better off with a new hatchback or a compact SUV. But if you want a no-nonsense, practical 7-seater, this is the best bet. While regular maintenance and spare parts might be relatively expensive, the chances of this car going kaput are little to zero. Not to mention, if you spend a couple of thousand on modifications, you could spec it up to your liking. Possible modifications include an Android Auto & Apple CarPlay-compatible touchscreen, a reverse parking camera, and much more.
